Q Describe the relationship between U.S. foreign policy and terror during the late Cold War. How does a historical understanding of this history help us make a more informed political analysis of the “War on Terror” today?
The Cold War began after the Second World War and it was a period of political and military commotion in the history of the United States. This war was between the United States and the Soviet Union. One of the important reasons for this Cold War was the difference in thoughts between the communists and the capitalists and this indifference resulted in war and terror. Therefore, during the later years of the Cold War, the relationship between the foreign policy of the United States and terror evolved to a great extent.
